The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Knabia is the department in charge of managing international relations between the Republic and other nations. The Ministry is headed by the President of the Republic and he or she is its chief spokesperson. The Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs is appointed by the Prime Minister and serves on the cabinet as the Prime Minister's chief international relations expert along with the President.
The mission statement of the Foreign Ministry is to foster friendship, freedom, and communication between Knabia and all other states. The Foreign Ministry is dedicated to the ideals of self-determination and national soverignty within a modern interconnected world.
The Foreign Ministery is charged with administering embassies, consulates, foreign aid, and Knabia's representatives to international organizations such as SCUN. It also issues passports and visas, and operates the Knabian Customs and Border Defense Agency, which includes the Knabian Border Patrol.
Knabian embassies are located in the capital cities of countries with which the Republic has full diplomatic relations and bear the following placard:
